We've been open for over twenty years in Bolsena. we sell local wines, distilled liquors, oils, honey, sauces and obviously ice cream. We've also been producing chocolate bars for several years during the October to April season as well as delicious Chocolate eggs during Easter.

Right as you enter our shop you wil find our ice cream window on display made of 18 ice cream flavours, from February to the last Sunday of October.

Everyday we offer 12 cream flavours: chocolate, fiordilatte, lemon, hazelnut and ricotta cheese and cinnamon ®with which we won the Slow Food Prize Lazio in 2003. All other ice cream flavors are offered in a rotation: chilli pepper chocolate, dark chocolate, zuppa inglese, custard and rhum, Sacher cake, ricotta cheese and lemon, aleatico sweet wine and tozzetti biscuits etc. they are a total of 40 different flavours . In addition we offer a fixed selection of 6 different fruit flavours: Sorrento lemon, strawberry are always on offer, all others are offered in a rotation: orange peel, fig, plum, apricot, peache, amarena cherry, green apple, pear, watermelon, banana, mixed berries, blackberries, raspberries, pineapple.

In June, July and August you will also find our special Granitas (iced drinks) with a selection of flavours to chose from: coffee, lemon, orange, yogurt. We only use fresh ingredients.
